David Wilson Homes has submitted a Full planning application for a new residential neighbourhood to the east of Chelford Station, that will provide 104 new high-quality homes, in a sustainable location that respects and enhances the character of Chelford. Chelford East will integrate well into the existing village of Chelford, while addressing the borough’s housing needs.

Our Full planning application is designed to meet the needs of the local community. This website provides an overview of the proposals submitted to Cheshire East Borough Council.
